How to Begin
The decision to start therapy is an important one, and choosing a therapist is no less important. Initiating the process can feel intimidating if you have not had previous experience with therapy.
A complimentary initial consultation is set up to discuss in confidentiality issues you may want to present and what you would like to achieve from the therapy. This session serves to give us the opportunity to see if we would like to work together.
Fees and scheduling will be discussed during the initial consultation.
